After School Clubs
At Excelsior Primary we run a selection of school clubs for all year groups, catering for a wide variety of interests.
Each half term a different set of activities are on offer and we aim to provide a range of sporting clubs during the year, including very popular NUFC football training sessions led by a qualified coach. Clubs take place during and after school are run by our teachers and Learning Support Assistants.
After school clubs begin at 3.15 until 4.00.

We also run a Thrive Club at lunchtime for a small number of children who have the opportunity to improve emotional wellbeing and social wellbeing, it focuses on reducing anxiety and enhancing learning.
Care
In addition to these clubs we also offer Care Club each day which is open to all year groups after school form 3.15 till 4.00. Children usually take part in art activities during these supervised sessions or access their chrome books or ipads.
Breakfast
We are also proud to offer a free breakfast club which runs from 7.30am onwards until 8.30 each morning.
This does not need to be booked and children are signed in on a daily basis. Children can have breakfast (cereal/toast/juice) and then spend time in classes supervised by school staff. They enjoy time with their friends and chatting to staff.
If your child would like to participate in any of the school clubs, please contact school for a letter to check availability.
